Our policy is to process 50% of your online order value prior to pick-up or delivery of your palms and plants.

During the checkout process you will see the total balance of your order, the full cost, is submitted to your credit card company for approval. When you check your statement you will be able to confirm that Palms and Plants Canada only processed 50% of that balance prior to delivery of your order.

The remaining order balance and shipping costs (if applicable) are charged to your chosen payment method at the time of your order pick-up or shipment.
